Guarentee - All our products are guarenteed for one year. This can not be unconditional as the equipment may be used in challenging environments that are beyond our control. We reserve the right to limit the terms of the guarentee in such situations.
Returns. Please obtain a returns number and address by contacting us. Returns can not be made to our PO Box address, as they will not be accepted by a carrier. We do not have a return by carrier contract. If you ask us to collect goods you do not require the minimum carrier charge is £27.50 plus VAT.
Items returned to us as incorrect orders will be credited but the delivery cost will be charged.
